Cancellation   Policy  

• Tutoring is provided on a weekly basis.  Parents determine days, times, and number of sessions per week.​

• Once a schedule has been established, parents are responsible for payment of cancelled sessions at the time of that session, regardless of whether or not a make-up session will take place.

• The following measures have been put in place in order to minimize payment for services not received:

 

    *When available, make up times will be offered for              sessions which need to be cancelled.

 

    *Sessions typically conducted in person can be held 

      online.

            

     *Cancellations for severe illness, injury, or any kind            of catastrophic family event will likely be waived.
